Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Essentials takes players deep into the Splinter Cell saga. and you must have CFW 3.71-M33 or higher

I found MP_Root is that it?
And if it is, I didnt have those folder so i created em?
Is that ok or is there a diffrent place?

SO i get it on, but when i run it it says The game cound not be started. Then some numbers.
Any suggestions?

NO NO NO, you don't need to create anything!...
its seems that you don't have Custom Firmware..
try going here and update your psp

but be very careful if you didn't do it right it may brick your psp.
