Includes:
* No Censor Blur
* More Defined Skin Textures
* Male/Female Nipples (Boobies)
* Female Pubuc Hair + Pubic Outlines (Vaginas)

The censor removal works but you need to do this steps below:
1. Open "Sims3 Nude Skins"
2. Extract Nomosaic content to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 (yes that is right just put it into the Sims 3 folder where you see the following folders "Caches", "Game", "Game Data"...etc)
3. Open Nomosaic extracted content and copy the "Resource.cfg" file
4. Paste it into the "Sims 3" folder like you did with the "1st Nomosaic "
5. Extract Nudeskins to the Sims 3 folder X:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\mods\packages
6. All done now play the game
